On a day long workshop you'll build an affordable and versatile CNC machine, learn about its operation, get it up and running and try it out with different tools. We'll walk you step-by-step through the assembly process and will be available for all your questions.
You will assemble the trolleys for the machine, drill the holes in main beams, assemble the machine frame then add the motors and belt drive and finally install the electronics.
You will turn on your machine and test the motion in all three axis.
After the workshop you can add a hand-held plasma torch, a spindle for milling or some other tool to your machine and start fabricating parts with it.

There will be demo machining tools available at the workshop, such that you can test them and pick the right one for your work.
Workshop duration is estimated to 8 working hours. At the end your machine will be up and running and you'll be fully skilled to use it.
Tools and other equipment necessary to assemble the system will be available at the workshop.
